On Monday September 12th The Seaway Cultural Arts Committee are making a presentation to City Council. The meeting starts at 7pm and is open to the public. Cornwall City Hall is located at 360 Pitt Street in Cornwall Ontario. We invite community members who are artists or who are very interested in arts and culture to attend this meeting.
